Visited Harvey Nichols in Birmingham… Visited Harvey Nichols in Birmingham for the second time within 10 days. On the first visit Gabi (not sure of spelling) in Women's wear was extremely helpful about a product the store didn't stock. She offered to find the product and order it in for my daughter to try. True to her word she called us on Wednesday and we returned today to try it.

Used Harvey Nichols when ordering… Used Harvey Nichols when ordering Christmas hampers for staff. There were multiple errors with the order but the real issue is the customer service. Appalling attitude and service that suggests arrogance, that basic politeness and service is not need e by them. Could also be they are just incompetent
